JD Beach and Bobby Fong Lead Attack Performance Progressive Yamaha for 2026
January 23, 2026

JD Beach and Bobby Fong will lead Attack Performance Progressive Yamaha's Superbike assault for the 2026 season.
Attack Performance Progressive Yamaha has confirmed JD Beach as part of their Superbike lineup for 2026, who will line up alongside 2025 title contender, Bobby Fong.
This move reunites Beach with Yamaha, a brand he's got a storied past with both in the MotoAmerica paddock and in American Flat Track with Estenson Yamaha, including his maiden superbike victory in 2019 at VIR, just before he packed up and headed out to race AFT.
"Going all the way back to 2014 – when I signed my first contract with the Factory Yamaha team to race in Supersport – my goal and dream was to be on the Yamaha Superbike," Beach said. "The road to finally getting on the factory Superbike has had more twists and turns than most race tracks, but I feel extremely blessed to have finally made my way to a full-time ride with Yamaha and Attack Performance Progressive on the R1. The MotoAmerica Superbike field will be stacked with some amazing talent this year, but I can't wait to see what I can do. I know I've got some big shoes to fill after (Jake) Gagne has stepped away, but I'll try my hardest to put the R1 at the front."
For Attack Performance Progressive Yamaha, the addition of Beach adds depth and experience to a roster already anchored by Fong, who emerged as a title contender last year, taking the championship fight all the way down to the last round of the 2025 season.
The 2026 MotoAmerica Superbike season — the 50th running of America's premier road racing championship — will get underway in the spring, and with Beach now in the Attack Performance Progressive Yamaha fold, anticipation is building around his and Fong's potential to challenge for victories and championship contention.
