January 15, 2026

Former MotoGP and Moto2 rider Darryn Binder will make his MotoAmerica debut in 2026 aboard Celtic/HSBK Racing Ducati's factory-supported Panigale V2 in the Supersport class.
Darryn Binder, younger brother of MotoGP star Brad Binder, is set to make his MotoAmerica debut in 2026 after signing with Celtic/HSBK Racing Ducati for the Supersport Championship. The South African rider brings a wealth of international experience from his time competing at the highest levels of Grand Prix racing.
Binder competed in MotoGP during the 2022 season with the WithU Yamaha RNF team before transitioning to Moto2 for 2023-2024, where he continued to develop his craft against top-tier competition. His decision to move stateside represents a new chapter in his racing career.
The Celtic/HSBK Racing Ducati team, powered by Grigg Electric Co and Economy Lube + Tire, will field Binder on the Panigale V2, which has proven to be a championship-contending machine in the MotoAmerica Supersport class. The team's partnership with Ducati's factory-supported Supersport program provides access to the latest technical developments.
Binder will have his first opportunity to shake down the Ducati during pre-season testing before the 2026 MotoAmerica season kicks off at Daytona International Speedway in March.
